Paul J. Gertler is a Professor at the Haas School of Business and the School of Public Health at the University of California, Berkeley. He earned a PhD in Economics and a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is a leading expert in impact evaluation, health economics, and development policy.
