Meeting with Professors from the University of Pennsylvania

On Wednesday, members of our Nucleus held a meeting with two professors from the University of Pennsylvania, Emilio Parrado and Chenoa Flippen, to discuss possible opportunities of collaboration. Andrea Alvarado, Nucleus deputy director, and Alejandra Abufhele, principal investigator, organized the meeting and also invited other professors and organizations that promote and carry out research  on migration. In particular, in the meeting, professor Carolina Stefoni, from Universioty of Tarapaca, and Miguel Yaksic, from Centro de Políticas Migratorias, commented and shared a bit of their work.

This is inscribed in the continued effort done by our Nucleus to build lasting and fruitful international relationships, connecting chilean research with international discussions.
