Our Principal Investigator, Olaya Grau, was asked by El Mostrador about the new circular emitted by the Civil Register, in which endangers the nationality of children from migrants in irregular condition. Prof. Grau pointed to the risks that these children end up without a nationality, among which are a harder access to health and education, as well as abuse and human trafficking.
